• Session content — notes from consulting sessions (kept confidential)

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising networks, or behavioural analytics tools.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to:

• Send the newsletter you subscribed to (via MailerLite)
• Schedule and conduct consulting sessions
• Respond to enquiries

3. Third-Party Processors

MailerLite — handles newsletter subscriptions and email delivery. Their privacy policy is available at mailerlite.com.

Calendly — handles session booking. Their privacy policy is available at calendly.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

4. Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Third-party services (Calendly, MailerLite) may set their own cookies. You can disable these in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Consulting session notes are retained for up to 12 months after the final session. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email contact@custodyschool.com to make a request. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
