Welcome to Custodyschool.com ("Custodyschool," "we," "us," or "our"). Custodyschool LLC is a

Delaware‑registered, for‑profit educational consultancy operating globally with its main base in

Copenhagen, Denmark.

By accessing or using Custodyschool.com, related subdomains, or any connected software or services

(collectively, the "Site" or "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree,

do not use the Site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "client") and Custodyschool

LLC. Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy (available at: https://custodyschool.com/

privacy).

Scope of Services

What we do. Custodyschool provides educational and technical consulting on Bitcoin self‑custody,

privacy, and operational security, including: - Courses and programs for individuals, families, and

organizations; - Technical training for wallets, security tools, key management hygiene, and

incident‑recovery planning; - Workshops and private sessions focused on operational risk mitigation and

digital self‑sovereignty.

What we don’t do. We are not a bank, exchange, broker, custodian, investment adviser, legal practice, tax

adviser, or fiduciary. We do not hold, manage, or transmit client funds or private keys. We do not provide

investment, legal, or tax advice.

Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your decisions, due diligence, wallet setups, key

storage, device security, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

GDPR
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws,
including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services and must have the

legal capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Refunds

All payments are non‑refundable.

We may update prices at any time; continued use or future purchases constitute

acceptance of current rates.
Invoices may state: “All services performed from Denmark. Custodyschool

LLC (Delaware, USA).”

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, code, graphics, designs, videos, and trademarks — is the exclusive

property of Custodyschool LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and international

IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any material without our prior

written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates your limited license to access the Site.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Hack, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site, Services, or related systems;

Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data; - Copy, re‑sell, or re‑publish our

educational materials or brand assets; - Impersonate Custodyschool or misrepresent your affiliation; - Post

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

The Site may link or integrate with third‑party wallets, software, websites, or tools. These are provided for

convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third‑party functionality or security. Your use of

third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Educational‑Only & No Reliance

All materials are informational and educational. Nothing constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice; no

offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset is made. You acknowledge we are not your fiduciary and owe no

duty of care or professional responsibility. You agree not to rely on our materials as a substitute for

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Custodyschool disclaims all warranties, express or

implied, including without limitation: accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a

particular purpose, non‑infringement, uninterrupted or error‑free operation, or compatibility with any

device, software, or wallet. We are not responsible for any loss of data, digital assets, private keys, access

credentials, or other damages arising from your use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custodyschool LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not

be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including loss

of funds, data, goodwill, or profits) arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Services. In any

event, our total cumulative liability will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain

limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custodyschool LLC, its officers, directors, affiliates, and

employees from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable

legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation

of any law or third‑party rights. This clause survives termination.

Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright,

please email contact@custodyschool.com with: (i) your signature; (ii) identification of the copyrighted

work; (iii) the URL/location of the allegedly infringing material; (iv) your contact details; (v) a good‑faith

statement that use is unauthorized; and (vi) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is

accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent. We may remove content in our

discretion in response to facially valid notices.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without

notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services

ceases immediately. All disclaimers, limitations, and indemnities continue to apply.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not

limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, internet or power outages, governmental actions, or blockchain/

network disruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. The Effective Date above

reflects the latest update. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights or

obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement; Language

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and

the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These

Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Custodyschool

regarding the Services. The original English version of these Terms controls in any translation.
