Free assessment calls may be cancelled or rescheduled via Calendly up to 24 hours in advance. Paid consulting packages are non-refundable once services have commenced. Please review package details before purchase.
CustodySchool treats all client information and session content as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law.
All content on custodyschool.com — including text, design, and materials shared during consulting — is owned by Custodyschool LLC. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CustodySchool and its principals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services, including any loss of Bitcoin or digital assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
